Day 0 – 25.11.2023:
- Arrival to Beirut – Lebanon and hotel check-in
Day 1 – 26.11.2023:
- Round Tour in Beirut and the surrounding areas to get familiar with the context
Day 2 – 27.11.2023:
- Introduction to the winter school goals and objectives
- An input regarding the historical overview of Beirut’s urban development
- Introduction to the Case study area – Bachoura Neighborhood
- Group formulation and Desktop research on urban acupuncture and the case study area
Day 3 – 28.11.2023:
- Guided tour in Beirut and the case study neighborhood
- On-site group work
Day 4 – 29.11.2023:
- Input on the spacial mapping of Bachoura Neighborhood
- Group work
Day 5 – 30.11.2023:
- Input on GIS as a tool for urban revitalisation analysis
- Follow-up group work
Day 6 – 01.12.2023:
- Final Presentations
